3.8.19 absolutely decadent lunch in Hakone. That ‘smoked salmon galette’ turns out to be a plain galette piled high with smoked salmon and salad.
The galettes are proper buckwheat, although I think both they and the sweet potato wedges are cooked on surfaces that also cook gluten products.
