OMG! I have no idea what's going on here either, but it made me laugh and I love it! Are the letters part of the sculpture, do you think, or did someone graffiti them on? Could you lock up a bike on it? WTF?

I think they're graffiti, and the legs are too chunky to lock a bike on! It's very very odd and I love it.
